nCino Business Analyst/Product Owner
Large Financial Client
1x/onsite a month
12+ months contract to hire!
On a W2 basis ONLY (no corp to corp or 1099)
Pay: $55-$65hr W2
Top requirements:
- BA/PO skills: Program runs, agile methodology, user stories, product demos (BA/PO role expertise)
- Financial services knowledge (Commercial lending/collateral is a huge plus, but any experience in financial industry is okay (FinTech, Banking, etc))
- NCino knowledge
- Great personality – personable
Skillset Overview:
- Mix of BA/PO Skills. Blended.
- BA's - user story writing, looking for hands on keyboard experience from configuration standpoint, know salesforce or Ncino. Will have to build objects, fields, etc. Not a dev, a product w/ tech knowledge who have done configurations in the past.
- Need to interact with business unit.
- Needs to do discoveries. Dig in and do analysis on the platform. Recommendations in how they build stuff to a degree.
- Need to understand the lingo of comm banking. Had to have banking/or fintech background. Don't want to explain to someone what a term loan is.
